MEHL offers a range of tailored professional services, including:

Community Language GCSEs and A-Levels

GCSE Community Language Preparation and Assessment — support with 19 different community languages; exam scripts marked by our qualified assessors; Comments on the students' exams to be provided to schools; speaking papers — support with mocks and provision of assessors for speaking exams and online or face-to-face tuition to improve GCSE results.

Apprenticeships

We offer schools the possibility to register students through our company, to complete apprenticeships based on our needs, or in partnership with local businesses and organisations to set apprenticeships.

Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) support

GCSE Community Language Preparation and Assessment; support for individual teachers and students, as well as workshops to disseminate and share good practice; curriculum and assessment support and language courses abroad.

Tutoring

Online one-to-one or group tuition to learn foreign languages, English, Maths or Science.

Early Years Support

Guidance and practical support to help nurseries and Early Years professionals, childminders, nursery leaders and preschool practitioners. This support is provided online or face-to-face, depending on the requirements.

Bid Writing and Supporting Grant Applications

Bid writing to secure grants from government or educational bodies; project management of successful grant bids and developing and maintaining links with international organisations to form lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Specialist Recruitment

Recruiting teaching and non-teaching staff for both primary and secondary schools as well as specialist schools/colleges who reflect the background of your school community. We recruit for both permanent and part-time roles.

Interpreting and Translation

We provide support to Local Authorities and other organisations as well as schools to help individuals and families engage with all communication, from general correspondence to attendance at academic reviews or pastoral and parent meetings.

English as an Additional Language (EAL) support

Home Language EAL Tuition — 1:1 and small group tuition using tutors who speak the families' home language to promote family engagement and accelerate progress in English acquisition, refugee support — support for refugee communities using home language speakers to teach or offer general or legal advice and guidance; support EAL teachers to assess and create projects to welcome, include and raise the achievement of EAL speakers and support schools to engage EAL families in school life.

Supporting Language Assessors

Online training sessions — share and disseminate information provided by exam boards; sharing good practices; one-to-one support for new assessors; support on-site for exam school officers and supporting assessors in exam board accreditation and training.

International Dimension

Supporting and setting up international links and supporting international schools — curriculum and local links with institutions and authorities.
